Planning is a key component to successful leadership. Being clear in your priorities allows you to focus on the right things at the right time, and identify tradeoffs so you can strategically pivot as needed. Join us to create a Priority Plan that communicates what matters most in the next three-month time period.

This class is offered remotely through Zoom, Nearpod, and a robust class website. Our classes are highly engaging using thought-provoking questions, reflective small group work, various self-assessments, differentiated work time, videos, and more!

Intended Audience:
 
This course is open to anyone who has a high level of autonomy over how they spend their workday, and manages people in a mission-driven context, whether a nonprofit, education-related nonprofit, school district office, school principal, or central office leader. Please email workshops@thetogethergroup.com for additional questions on applicability to your role. Please note this course does not apply to those currently in classroom-based roles.
 
 You Will Learn To:
  • Articulate what matters most in the next three-month time period
  • Create and communicate an effective Priority Plan to your colleagues

 Pricing: $165 per person (includes a digital copy of all class materials)
