Description
Join us for Together Time: Priority Plans - a great sequel or prequel to The Together Leader!
Planning is a key component to successful leadership. Being clear in your priorities allows you to focus on the right things at the right time, and identify tradeoffs so you can strategically pivot as needed. Join us to create a Priority Plan that communicates what matters most in the next three-month time period.
This class is offered remotely through Zoom, Nearpod, and a robust class website. Our classes are highly engaging using thought-provoking questions, reflective small group work, various self-assessments, differentiated work time, videos, and more!
- Articulate what matters most in the next three-month time period
- Create and communicate an effective Priority Plan to your colleagues
What Past Leaders Say:
- Collaborating with my team to set a Priority Plan and stick to it will make our work more effective and efficient in prioritizing our school’s biggest needs.
- I really like the Priority Plan tool and the varying options for how to use it. I think it’s really going to help me bridge the gap between my current organization system and my longer term goals.
- I appreciate the Priority Plan because it allows me to think about the work in more meaningful chunks of time and gets me planning for a reasonable period of time that (maybe) I can control.
- A complete electronic package of Priority Plan templates for personal customization
- Digital samples with examples of organization systems from educators of diverse backgrounds
- A dedicated class website including access to the class recording after the session (available for 90 days after the course ends)
